ADH-Do picks a task for you and tells you to go — so your brain never has to make that call.
No spam. No streaks. Just stuff worth reading.
We'll be in touch when there's something worth saying.
Every productivity app assumes the same thing: that you just need a better list. But if you have ADHD, you already have a list. You've had the list for three weeks.
The problem is the wall between knowing and doing. That paralysis isn't laziness — it's your brain's inability to self-initiate without an external trigger.
Todoist, Notion, Things — they're organising tools dressed up as solutions. They hand you a beautifully sorted list and then leave you standing in front of it, frozen. The shame of the unopened app icon is a specific kind of hell.
Dice roll. Random task. Five-minute mode. Whatever your brain needs that day — the decision gets made for you. The wall comes down. You start.
You open the app. It does the rest. That's the whole thing.
No dashboard. No inbox. No list to scroll through. You land on one thing: a button that says go.
ADH-Do selects a task from your list using dice roll, priority, or five-minute mode — whichever fits your brain today.
One task. Full focus. No second-guessing whether you picked the right one. The decision is already made.

Can't choose which task to start? Roll the dice. One task. Selected for you. The randomness breaks the freeze.
Can't face a big task? Start with something that takes five minutes. That's it. Sometimes starting is the only thing you needed.
Streaks punish ADHD brains for having bad days. ADH-Do tracks every task you've started — a number that only goes up, never resets, never judges.
Some days your brain won't cooperate. Off-day mode picks your lowest-friction task. Not giving up — adapting.

The short version: ADH-Do does not collect your personal information, does not track you, does not sell your data, and does not send your data anywhere. Everything the app knows about you stays on your device.
ADH-Do is a product of Finally Did It (ABN 61 218 647 201), a sole trader business registered in Australia. The app is designed to help people with ADHD initiate tasks.
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].
ADH-Do stores the following data on your device only. None of this is transmitted to us or any third party.
We want to be explicit about this:
All data is stored locally on your device using your device's standard local storage (AsyncStorage). No data is transmitted to our servers or any external server. We do not operate a backend database containing your information.
This means if you delete the app, all your data is permanently deleted with it. We have no copy of it.
ADH-Do requests the following device permissions:
We do not request permission to access your camera, contacts, location, photos, microphone (for recording), or any other sensitive device feature.
If you enable reminders for tasks, ADH-Do will send local push notifications to your device at the times you set. These notifications are generated entirely on your device — they are not sent from our servers. No notification content or timing data is transmitted to us.
You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app, or by turning off reminders within ADH-Do.
ADH-Do is built using Expo, a React Native development framework. The app uses the following third-party libraries, none of which transmit your personal data:
We do not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.
If you signed up on our landing page at adh-do.com, we collected your email address via Brevo (our email platform) to send you launch notifications and occasional updates. This is separate from the app itself.
ADH-Do is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.
Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our end, most data rights (access, correction, deletion) are exercised directly on your device:
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Australia, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, UK GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Act 1988). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Since all app data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends on your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We encourage you to use a strong passcode or biometric lock on your device.
For waitlist email data held by Brevo, industry-standard security measures are in place. For more information, see Brevo's security documentation.
ADH-Do currently has no account system. Future versions of the app may introduce optional features such as accountability buddy matching, which would require the creation of a user account. If and when this happens:
This policy will be updated before any account or social features are released. We will notify users of material changes.
If we make changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant — like introducing accounts or new data collection — we'll let you know directly via email before they take effect. We won't just quietly update a page and assume you're fine with it.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this privacy policy or your data, please contact us:
We will respond to all privacy-related enquiries within 30 days.
